Let's get started with Setting Up Your Account in Careview.
 

Setting Up Your Account



In order to get the best experience out of your Free Trial, it is recommended that you setup the following Settings.

1.       Organisation
2.       Client
3.       Tasks
4.       Plan Management
5.       Support Coordination
6.       Accounting Package Integration
7.       Sentinel
 

1. Organisation Settings

 
First, you should head over to Organisation Settings in Careview and configure it as needed. You can refer to our Organisation Settings article for information.

2. Client Settings

Please note that the Service Region set on the Client Profile, will determine which price guide is to be linked to the Client Funding.

Managing Users

 
As a System Administrator, you can.

1.      Create a User Account.
2.      Create User Roles and Positions.
3.      Update a User’s Details.
4.      Deactivate or Modify a User’s Access.

If at any time during Trial period, you make a decision that our product is the right one for you.

Please follow these steps to commence fully managing your participants within Careview.

1.       Ensure that all Settings have been configured as per the instruction given under Setting Up Your Account.
2.       Use the following instructions to import any of the following records in bulk if applicable.
  1. Participants – Clickhere for guidance on uploading all of your Participant records in bulk.
  2. Individual Providers – Click here for guidance on uploading all of the Individual Providers that you work with to provide the Services to your participants.
  3. Service Providers – Click here for guidance on uploading all of the Service Provider Companies that you work with to provide Services to your participants.
3.       When your Trial period is nearing expiration, go to View Billing Details and enter your Credit Card Details.
