Edit a Service Support


Use the following steps to edit a Service Support record.

1.        Open the Client Profile record (click CRM in the menu, click Clients, then search for the client profile you want).
2.       In the Client Funding table, click Open on the Service Contract to which you will add a Service Support.


3.       In the Service Support table, click Edit on the Service Support record you wish to change.



4.       The Edit Service Support screen displays, make the required changes.

A value of '0' should never be entered in the Rate Amount field.

Where you have chosen an incorrect Management Style.  Please refer to this Troubleshooting Tips Article for guidance before you proceed to amend the Service Supports on the Service Contract.


  1. If you want to exclude the Service Support from the CoS Client List page, tick the CoS Exclusion check box.
  2. If you want to exclude this Service Support from invoicing, tick the Invoice Exclusion check box.
If the Invoice Exclusion option is ticked, the Service Support will display in grey.

5.      Click Save.

6.      The changes are updated in the Service Support table.
