Edit a Service Region

Use the following steps to edit a service region.

1.      From the Main Menu, select CRM and click on Service Regions.



2.      The Service Region screen displays.  Click on the Service Region name you wish to change.




3.      The Edit Service Region screen displays.  Make the necessary changes and click Save.
