If you need to make any changes to a Service Contract, use the following steps.
1. Open the Client Profile record (click CRM in the menu, click Clients, then search for the client profile you want).
2. In the Client Funding table below the Client Details, click Open on the Service Contract you wish to change.
3. The Service Contract window displays. Click Edit.
4. The Edit contract screen displays.
Make the changes you want, then click Save.
You can also create a new Service Contract from this screen by clicking New Contract.
5. The changes are saved to the Service Contract.
