Careview - Troubleshooting Tips

Drag & Drop File Attachments not working in Microsoft Edge

Please be advised there is a known issue with Windows 10, where if you are not using the latest version of the Microsoft Edge Internet Browser you will be unable to drag and drop file attachments.

Please either upgrade to the following version of Microsoft Edge or alternatively you can use any other Careview supported Internet Browser.
