Download Processing Error for MYOB & NDIS CLAIM
Where you receive the following error, when downloading the MYOB Extract and NDIS Claim File, please correct the following;
Error Message
1. Click on the
Settings icon.
2. Under
Integration, click on
MYOB Extracts.
3. The MYOB Extract Settings screen displays. Check and correct the entry under the Category Field.
4. Click Save.
5. From the Main Menu, click on Downloads and then click on the Re-run button, and the Download files will be created and ready to save.
