Delete a Note on the Client Profile
Use the following steps to delete a note on the Client Profile.
1. Open the Client Profile record
(click CRM in the menu, click Clients, then search for the client
profile you want).
2. Click Notes.
3. The
Notes
table displays. Under
Actions click
Del on the
Note you
want to delete.
4. The
following prompt displays for you to confirm the deletion. Click Confirm to delete the note.
5. The note is deleted.
