Delete a Medical History Note on the Client Profile
To delete a Medical History note on the client profile, use the
following steps:
1. Open the Client Profile record
(click CRM in the menu, click Clients, then search for the client
profile you want).
2. Click Medical
History.
3. The Medical History table is displayed. Under Action click Del on the note you want
to delete.
