Delete a Client Goal on the Client Profile

Use the following steps to delete a client goal from a client profile.

1.           Open the Client Profile record (click CRM in the menu, click Clients, then search for the client profile you want).

2.           Click Client Goals.

3.           The Client Goals table displays. Under Actions, click Del on the goal you want to delete.

4.         The following prompt displays for you to confirm the deletion.  Click Confirm to delete the Goal.
