This article explains how to create a file for your Agency managed clients (clients will have to have their Support Coordination Service Support set to Agency for them to show within this field).
This file can then be uploaded to PRODA for bulk claiming. You are also able to review previous claims from this screen.
To use Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or Reckon extracts, make sure you have enabled the required Accounting Package from the Setting page.
Creating the CoS NDIS Claim file
1. Click
Support Coordination then select
CoS NDIS Claims.
2. The
CoS NDIS Claims screen displays.
3. Click
+ New NDIS Claim to generate an extract for the NDIS Claims.
4. The
Create New NDIS Claim screen displays. Click to select individual Case Note records or Select All and click on
Create Claim.
The following filters are available to narrow your search for specific Case Notes to Claim;
Clients: Click to select a Client from the drop down list.
Support Coordinators: Click to select a specific Support Coordinator from the drop down list.
From and To Dates: Click to select dates from the Calendar.
5. Click
Confirm.
6.
The CoS NDIS Claim screen displays your newly created
Claim and Claim ID.
7. Click to select the Delivered Service records and under
Action, click
Download NDIS Claim.
8. The Downloads screen displays
Make sure the CSV file is not opened in Excel as this may change the date formatting.
When the file has been downloaded it can be loaded into PRODA via a Bulk Payment Request. For further information around this process please contact the NDIS
How to Review Previous Claims
1. Click the
Review link on any claim to view details.
