Create a CoS Invoice File



This article explains how to create a file for your Plan Managed and Self Managed participants. This export file can then be used to import into your chosen accounting package to generate invoices for payment of billable hours. From this page you can also review previous CoS Invoice Files.

To use Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or Reckon extracts, make sure you have enabled the required Accounting Package from the Setting page.

Creating the CoS Invoice File


1. Click on the Support Coordination tab and select CoS Invoices


2. Click on the +New Run button. The Create CoS Invoice screen displays. Click to select the individual Case Note records or Select All and click on + Create Invoice.

The following filters are available to narrow your search for specific Case Notes to Claim;

   
   Clients:                                  Click to select a Client from the drop down list.
   Support Coordinators:       Click to select a specific Support Coordinator from the drop down list.
   From and To Dates:            Click to select dates from the Calendar.


3. Click Confirm.

4. The CoS Invoice Claim screen displays your newly created Claim and Claim ID.

5. Click to select the case notes and under Action, click the Download option showing for your accounting system.

6. You will be directed to your Downloads page, click on the file to download it to your File Explorer.


You can now import the file to your accounting software to generate invoices for payment of services or generate manual invoices using the data (depending on your Organisation invoicing process).

How to Review Previous CoS Invoice Files


1. Go to Support Coordination and select CoS Invoices



2. Find the CoS Invoice you want to view and click Review



3. The CoS Invoice file will then open and display the case notes that were included within this file
