1. Open the
Client Profile record (click
CRM in the menu, click
Clients, then search for the client profile you want).
2. In the
Client Funding table below the Client Details, click
New.
3. The
Create New Contract screen displays.
Complete this screen as follows.
In the Reference field, type your own reference, or leave blank.
In the Start Date field, type the start date (or select it from the calendar) of the Service Contract.
In the End Date field, type the end date (or select it from the calendar) of the Service Contract.
In the Funding Source field, select from Client or NDIS.
In the Funding Management field, select from NDIA, Participant, Participant’s Nominee and Registered Plan Management Provider.
In the Total Funding $ field, type the total budget amount you are managing.
You can set this to 1 and update it when you add the budgets.
In the Referral Date field – only if you provide support coordination services – type the date (or select it from the calendar) when you start working with the client.
The Progress Report Date field is automatically calculated 8 weeks from the Referral Date when the Service Contract is created.
The Review Submit field is automatically calculated when the Service Contract is created, and is based on the End Date of the Service Contract.
It’s controlled by a custom setting of 1 month, 2 months or 3 months from the End Date.
4. Click
Save. The Service Contract is created and displays on the Client Profile.
