Create a Delivered Service Report
This article explains how to create a Delivered Service report for a participant.
1. Click on CRM > Clients
2. Search for participant name and select.
3. Open the Service Contract in the Funding table.
4. Scroll down to the Delivered Service table and click on the Delivered Service Report.
5. Complete the required fields.
6. Click on Generate Excel. You can access the report in your Downloads tab.
Select Delivery Status Filter, enabling you to report on those Delivered Service records with a specific status. E.g. Provider Paid.
Delivery Status Column has been added to the Excel Report.
Custom Format has been applied to the Rate cell in the Excel Report.
Number Format has been applied to the Qty cell in the Excel Report.
