Create a Client Funding Report
Use the following steps to create a Report using available fields from the Client Service Contract.
1. From the Main Menu, select Reports and then click on Client Funding.
2. The Client Funding Report selection screen displays.
The screen can be filtered using a combination of the following:
- Client Name (search and select multiple clients)
- Client Status
- Service Contract Status (Select from New, Active or Inactive or a combination of the 3)
- Service Region
- End Date (Service Contract Ending in next 30 or 60 days)
- Show No ILC or Show Inadequate or both
NOTE: Ensure you set the following filters, do not select All Clients and Service Contract Statuses when choosing either of these new filters
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware when using the NO ILC or INADEQUATE ILC, it will take some time depending on the number of Service Contracts to apply the necessary calculations, to display results and export results to excel.
3. Once you have chosen your desired filters, click on Preview.
You can just click on Export to Excel, after you have chosen your filter without having to Preview the Results.
4. Results will be displayed based on your selected filters.
The following columns can be sorted in Ascending or Descending Order;
- Full Name
- NDIS Number
- Service Contract Ref No.
- Total Service Contract Value
The number of records displayed can be adjusted by selecting from the options under Page Size.
5. Once the report is ready, click on Export to Excel.
6. Click to Open the Report from the Download screen.
7. Save the Report to your Computer.
