Careview - Support Coordination

Create a Case Note Report


Use the following steps to create a case note report for a specific Client.

1.      Click Support Coordination from the Careview menu, then select Clients



2.      The Client list displays. Select the client profile you are wanting to generate the report for



3.      The Client Coordination screen for the Client displays.
4.    Click Case Note Report



5.    The Create Report screen displays.  Type or select the Start Date and End Date from the calendar. You can also select whether the report should include All, Non-Billable or Billable case notes

6.      The Download screen displays and Report displays in the format chosen.  Click on the Case Note Report file to Open
