Copy a line during invoice entry

Duplicate a line during invoice entry

This can save time during data entry for invoices with many line items that may follow a similar pattern. Once the line has been duplicated, where needed fields can be adjusted to reflect slight changes in data.

1. From the invoice entry screen

2. Click Create New

3. Fill in the main details of the invoice
4. Click Add line
5. Populate the first line of the invoice

6. Then use copy icon
7. Once the duplicate line as been created, adjust the fields where needed

8. After this create the invoice as normal.
