Client Statuses Setting

Use the following steps to manage your Client Statuses.

The new Status will be available in the following Careview functions;

  1. Create and Edit Client Profile screens.
  2. Filter by Client Status in the following Reports/Lists;
    1. CRM - Client List
    2. Client Funding Report
    3. Client Profile Report

Create a Client Status


1.      Click on Settings



2.      Under Clients,  click on Client Statuses.



3.     The Client Statuses screen displays. Click +New.




4.      The Create Client Status screen displays. 


Complete the following;

Status - enter a Name of your choice.
Active - Set to No, if you no longer wish to display the Status, in the CRM Client List, Client Profile Report and Client Funding Report.
PM Invoicing - Set to No, if you do not want the Client to be searchable in both the Invoice Entry screen and Invoice Creation screens.
Case Note Entry - Set to No, if you do not want the Client to display in Client Coordination screen.


5.      Click Create.

6.      Update the Status in the Client Profile.



Edit a Client Status


1.      Click on Settings




2.      Under Clients,  click on Client Statuses.



3.     The Client Statuses screen displays. Click on the Status you wish to edit.



4.      The Edit Client Status screen displays.  Make your changes and click on Update.



Make Client Status Inactive


1.      Follow steps under Edit Client Status, on the Edit Client Status screen, set the Active toggle box to NO.
