Careview - Support Coordination

Case Note History Console

The Case Note History Console gives you the ability to view all Case Notes created for a specific Support Coordination Client Profile. This includes Case Notes raised on both Active and Inactive Service Contracts for a selected date range. 


Use the following steps to retrieve all Case Notes created for selected clients:

1.      Click on Case Note History, under the Support Coordination Menu




2.      Case Note History screen displays.


One or more clients must be selected in the Client field in order to view information in this area.
Any combination of the following optional filter fields can also be used:
  1. Service Contract
  2. From Date
  3. To Date
The report filters by the Case Note Creation Date.


3.    Click on the Client field and either search for or click to select the Clients name from the list displayed.  You have the option to select multiple clients




4.    The Service Contract field defaults to Select All, click on the field and either search for or click to select the Service Contract from the list displayed




5.     Once you have chosen your desired filters, click on Preview



6.    Results will be displayed based on your selected filter




The number of records displayed can be adjusted by selecting from the options under Page Size.

7.      You also have the option to Export the results to Excel, by simply clicking on the Export to Excel button

8.      Click to Open the file from the Download screen



9.      Save the Report to your Computer
