Case Note Duration Interval Setting
This article explains how to set the Case Note Duration Interval Setting.
1. Go to the Settings icon in Careview.
2. Scroll down to the Support Coordination section in the setting page
3. Select Case Note Duration Duration Intervals link.
4. Select the duration that you would like to apply when entering Case Notes and click the save button.
Expanded Interval means an Organisation can add case notes at 5,6 or 15 minute increments up to the full 8 hour mark. Where as the normal 5,6 or 15 minutes intervals allow a case note duration to be entered at the increment selected up to the 1st hour but then will default to 15 minute increments there after.
