Support Coordination
- A new column to report on Total Hours for the Month has been added to the Support Coordination Client List and Client Report.
- CoS Dashboard Graph for Total Hours now reflects Hours in HH:MM Format.

- Add Exclude Own Provider Paid Invoices checkbox, controlled by a Setting.

- Resolved issue with leading 0 for Account details not appearing in the Service Provider Download to CSV File.
Reports
Client Funding Report Enhancements
We have made the following enhancements to the Current Client Funding Report Selection Screen.
- New Multiple Client Search and Selection Field
Simply type in the name of the Client, and click and select. Then clear the Field, enter a new name and repeat.
- New Multi Select Filter for Service Contract Status
- New Service Contract End Date Filter for 30 & 60 days.
- New Clear Filters button
Click to Clear any Filters chosen, make your new selection and click on Preview or choose to Export to Excel.
- Fixed Heading Rows
As you scroll down the page, the Column Heading Rows will remain visible.
Support Coordination
Support Coordination Client List
An additional column has been added to reflect all Case Note Hours for the current Month in both the Support Coordination Client List and the CoS Client Report.
CoS Dashboard All Hours
All Hours are now reflected in HH:MM Format at the top of the Graph.
Plan Management
Service Entry
Exclude Own Provider Paid Invoices
This new feature will allow you to exclude your Organisations Paid Invoices, reducing the number of Invoices being displayed via a new Setting.
- Click on Settings.
- Under Plan Management, click on Exclude Our Paid Invoices.
- The Exclude Our Paid Invoices Settings screen displays. Click to Enable.
- Click on Update.
Claim Type Field Visible in Invoice
The Claim Type is now visible when Displaying an Invoice in the Service Entry screen.
New Remittance Advice Delivered Icon
When a Remittance Advice has been sent, a new mail icon will display in green to indicate that the Remittance Advice has been delivered in the Service Entry screen.
New Cancel Invoice option on Edit Invoice Screen
You now have the option to Cancel an Invoice in the Edit Invoice Screen.
- Click on the Edit Icon
- Edit Invoice Screen displays and click on the Cancel Invoice button
- Cancel Invoice confirmation popup screen displays. Click on OK to proceed.
- System confirms Invoice is Cancelled click on Close
- System returns to the Service Entry screen. To find the Cancelled Invoice, select Cancelled in the Status Filter.
