- Resolved issue where searching for a Clients full name returned no results in the SC Client List.
- Resolved issue with the incorrect prioritisation of search results in the CRM/Client List. Results will be prioritized by first and last name first, then the email address.
- Resolved issue where invoices were being duplicated in the Client Statement Summary based on number of Delivered Service records.
- Resolved issue where Postal statements are not being sent out where Client Statement Summary option is selected.

Delivered Service Report Update
The following changes have been made to the Delivered Service Report;
New multi select Delivery Status Filter, enabling you to report on those Delivered Service records with a specific status. E.g. Provider Paid.
New Delivery Status Column has been added to the Excel Report.
Custom Format has been applied to the Rate cell in the Excel Report.
Number Format has been applied to the Qty cell in the Excel Report.
Case Note Report Update
The Case Note Subject column has been added to the Case Note Report generated from the Service Contract.

CoS Case Note Report Update
The following changes have been made to the CoS Case Note Report generated from the CRM/Client List/Reports function.
- Status column has been renamed to “Case Note Status”.
- Where a Case Note has been entered as Non Billable, the following will be reflected in the Report;
- Case Note Status cell will reflect that it is “Processed”.
- Header Reference cell will reflect that it is “Non Billable”.
- DS Number cell will reflect that it is “Non Billable”.
CoS Invoice Quickbook Extract Update
A suffix has been added to the invoice number field for each Client’s invoices. This change has been applied to both the Quickbooks Sales Invoice and Bill Template Extract files.
Quickbook Payment Terms Extract Update
The Payment Terms field has been changed to “Net 7”. This change has been applied to both the Quickbooks Sales Invoice and Bill Template Extracts that are generated from creating your CoS Invoices.
Case Note Creation Update
Support Coordinators can now create Case Notes for Clients where their status is either Active or Pending.
Plan Management

The Payment Terms field has been changed to “Net 7”. This change has been applied to both the Quickbooks Invoice and Bill Extracts that are generated from creating your Plan Management Invoices.
