Move Case Note Function Enhancement
We are pleased to inform you that we have eliminated the requirement of updating the Delivered Service Record after the Case Note has been moved to another Service Contract.
Additionally, we have added a Selection checkbox in the Case Note table on the Service Contract, so you may Select All Case Notes to move.
Delete a Service Region
Where a Service Region has not been linked to any Client Profile, a red Trash icon will display against the Service Region in the Service Region screen, indicating that deletion of the Service Region is allowed.

New Service Provider Email Notification
Introducing a new email notification, where a new Service Provider is created in Careview, an email will be generated automatically and sent to the email address set in the Notifications email address field under the Organisation Settings.
Note where the notification email address is blank, the notification will be sent to the email address set in the Contact email address field.
Where no email is present in either fields mentioned above, an email notification will not be sent.
