Bug Fixes
  1. Resolved issue where Relationships were being displayed whilst searching for a Client in the Service Entry screen.
  2. Resolved issue where NDIS Claim Download was returning an intermittent Object Reference error.
  3. Resolved issue where Enable aggregate remittance advice, was failing to combine all Invoices in one Remittance Advice.
  4. Resolved issue where the Delivered Services Table on the Service Contract was not sorting by Delivered Date.
  5. Resolved issue with duplicate Primary Disability Setting entries.
  6. Resolved issue where the Service Contract when opened was not displaying as expected across certain Internet Browsers.
  7. Resolved issue with accessing the Resources function.

Plan Management

New Client Statement Summary - Monthly Statement Option

We are excited to introduce a new Client Statement Summary, monthly statement option.

Based on client feedback, we have created a Client Statement option, that will appeal to the majority of participants, who are expecting a statement that will provide a clear and easy to read summary breakdown, of the participants Budget Utilisation, Paid Invoice activity and a Graphical Budget Summary, for the selected statement period.  See below an example of the new summary statement sections of the new statement.

Additional features included are;

  1. Option to Exclude Improved Life Choices Category Budget activity in the Statement.
  2. Only Paid Invoices will display under the Paid Invoice Summary.  The Filter Option is no longer required.
  3. The Name and Address fields have been positioned so they will display in a Standard DL Size Window Envelope, eliminating the need to print out mailing labels for postal statements.
  4. New rich text editor toolbar has been implemented for Custom Content.
  5. New PM Email Template Setting with rich text editor toolbar.
  6. Custom Content character limit has been increased to 2500 characters.
We hope that this New Statement will fulfill the requirements for all our Clients, participants and we will reassess the need for two PM Statement options in the very near future.

To start using this new Client Statement, follow these steps;

1.      From the Auto Generated Output Settings Page, click on the Plan Management Client Statement Setting.

2.      The Client Statement Settings screen displays.  Click on the toggle box to Enable Client Statement Summary.

3.      Add or Update the Custom Content using the rich text editor toolbar.

Check the Exclude Improved Life Choices checkbox, to exclude the Category Budget of Improved Life Choices in the Statement.

The Detailed Client Statement Toggle box will disable automatically.  Upon enabling this option.

4.      Click Save.

New PM Statement Email Template

Where you choose to send a monthly statement via email to a single participant, from the Service Contract, you can now standardise the email content text, using a new Rich Text Editor toolbar, under the new PM Statement Email Template setting.

This new feature is only available where you have Enabled the Client Statement Summary Option.

Please follow these steps to add your statement email content, when creating a monthly statement for a single participant.

1.      Enable the Client Statement Summary option under Client Statement Settings.

2.      From the Settings Home Page, under Templates, click on PM Email Template.



3.      The PM Statement Template screen displays.  Update the content and click on Update.



4.      From the Service Contract, click on the Monthly Statement button.

5.      The Create Statement, popup screen displays, enter Start and End Dates and click on Generate Email button.

The option to Generate an Excel version of the Statement has been removed.  Due to the new document generation software, we have adopted, which converts html to PDF.

6.      The Email PM Statement, popup screen displays, prepopulated with content from the PM Email Template.

7.      Click on Send Email.


Service Entry screen changes
The ABN is now displayed in the Invoice Detail screen.
A new Sorting feature has been applied to the Total Column in the Service Entry screen.


Dashboard
Main Dashboard Reporting Period Enhancement

The following new Reporting Period filters have been introduced to further improve on performance and allow you to view both Current and Previous financial year data.
  1. 6 Months
  2. Current FY
  3. Previous FY
  4. Current Qtr
  5. Previous Qtr

Simply click on the new Reporting Period filter dropdown menu to make your selection, from the Main Dashboard screen and All Graphs will update automatically dependent on your selection.




6 Months is set as the default selection. Ready for Invoice has been removed.

Service Contract

The Notes Table has been renamed to “Funding Notes”.




Client Profile – Add Service Provider System Change

Due to the volume of Provider records, we have removed the following feature.




General

Weekly Task Reminder Email

The From address in the Reminder email will now be set to the Notifications email address under the Organisation Settings, where this is blank it will be set to the Contact email address.
