  • Resolved issue where Invoices were missing in the NDIS Claim Download file.
  • Resolved issue where an incorrect label was appearing on Total Delivered Service Revenue Graph on the Main Dashboard.


User Security


New Permission for Case Note History

Under User Roles, we have added a new permission for the Case Note History menu.  This will control whether a User can access the Case Note History menu under the Support Coordination Main Menu in Careview.

Please be advised that we will be releasing Phase 2 of User Management system changes in the coming weeks.

New CoS Case Note Report Filters

The following new filters have been added to the Generate Case Note Report popup screen, allowing you to extract your CoS Case Note Report based on the following criteria;


  • All Hours (will be set by default)
  • Billable Hours Only
  • Non-Billable Hours Only
