Updates


  • Support Coordination:
  • 15 Minute duration setting added

Upcoming Release


The below updates are our next priority and are all expected to be delivered in the next 2 weeks.

  • Plan Management:
  • Invoice Edit:
  • This feature will enable invoices to be edited in the Invoice Entry screen.
  • Advantage Invoicing:
  • This feature will send Invoices that you create in the Invoice Entry screen into Careview Advantage, enabling the participant to view, decline and approve the Invoices.
  • This will be a subscription add-on feature. The cost to activate will be $1 per Careview Advantage user per month.
  • Download Optimization:
  • The download process is being re-engineered. Currently it’s a serial process, meaning each invoice in the batch is processed one at a time. We’re changing it to run concurrently which should result is much faster download times.




Support Coordination


15 Minute Only Duration Interval Setting


A new interval setting has been added that will display 15 minutes as the only option in the Hours field.

1.      Open Settings.
2.      Scroll down to the Support Coordination Section
3.      Click on Case Note Duration Interval Setting.

4.      Set 15 Minutes only to Enabled.

5.      15 minutes will be the only value displayed in the Create Case Note Hours field.





Additional durations added

The Duration picklist will now display up to 8 hours for the 5 and 6 minute interval settings.



Client List Excel Extract


You can now extract the Support Coordination Client List to Excel.


1.      User the Support Coordination tab, click on Clients.
2.      Click Generate Excel.




CRM


Service Type filter added to Client List


You can now filter the CRM Client List by Service Type. The four available filter options are:

  • All
  • Will show all clients.
  • CoS Client 
  • Will show all clients where Service Type contains Support Coordination Client.
  • PM Client
  • Will show all clients where Service Type contains Plan Management Client.
  • Service Client
  • Will show all clients where Service Type contains Service Provider Client.


The Service Type field has also been added as a new column in the Client List.
