Invoice Edit Updates
Invoices edit screen has been updated with the following changes:
- Invoice can now be cancelled from edit screen.
- Invoice Number validation now prevents duplicate invoice number entry for same service provider.
- Invoice Line Status can now be edited.

Individual invoice lines can now be reverted from Extracted to Extract Generated. This enables the individual invoice lines to be downloaded without having to download the entire invoice again.

CRM Updates
Pending Clients
Client Profiles can now have a Status of Pending. The Client List can also now be filtered by the new Pending Status. Clients that have Status = Pending will display with an organge font. To set a Client Profile as Pending, either set the Status when the Client Profile is created, or edit the Client Profile and change the Status field to Pending.

Client Goals Export
Client Goals can now be exported to Excel or PDF.
- Open the Client Profile and click on Client Goals link.
- Click Print Goals.
- Select the required Service Contract.
- Select Generate to Excel or Generate PDF.

CoS Case Note Report
This report generates an extract of Case Note information using Created Date as the filter. The report then extracts all CoS Case Notes entered into Careview from the Support Coordination screen. Case Note information is grouped and summed by the Created By User.
Please note the report queries multiple record types so may take some time to run depending on the date range used.

Support Coordination
Case Note Report
Support Coordinators can now generate an Excel or PDF document that contains Case Note data for a selected date range for a specific Client. Due to the potential size of the data extract, the Excel/PDF document will be downloaded via the Download tab. The report includes the following columns:
- Case Note Delivered Date
- Support Coordinator that created the Case Note
- Duration
- Contact Type
- Case Note
- Total
