User logs in to Careview and is presented with the Careview Home Page.
The Careview Home Page now displays the Organisation name, a welcome message to the logged in user, and relevant tiles based on user's organisation and role. Users can now navigate and access important pages more conveniently.
Tiles Based on Your Organisation’s Submission Type
The tiles you see will depend on whether your organisation subscription is set up for Plan Management, Support Coordination, or other types - ie Combo.
- For Plan Management, you will see the following tiles:
- Invoice Entry
- Streamline
- CRM Client List
- Manage Service Provider
- For Support Coordination, you will see:
- CRM Client List
- Manage Service Provider
- Coordination Clients List
- Coordination Screen
- For Other Submissions, you will see all six tiles:
- Invoice Entry
- Streamline
- CRM Client List
- Manage Service Provider
- Coordination Clients List
- Coordination Screen
Tiles Based on User Role and Permissions
Tiles on the Home Page are either clickable or greyed out based on your role and access level.
Greyed-Out Tiles: If you don’t have access to a particular tile, it will appear greyed out and cannot be clicked.
Invoice Entry:
- Clickable if you have Invoice Entry access.
- Clicking navigates you to the Service Entry screen.
Streamline:
- Clickable if you have Streamline access.
- Clicking navigates you to the Streamline screen.
CRM Client List:
- Clickable if you have access to CRM Client List.
- Clicking navigates you to the CRM Client List page.
Manage Service Provider:
- Clickable if you have access to View or Create Service Providers.
- Clicking navigates you to the Service Providers screen.
Coordination Client List:
- Clickable if you have access to both Coordination Module and Client List.
- Clicking navigates you to the Coordination Client List screen.
Coordination Screen:
- Clickable if you have access to both Coordination Module and Coordination Client List.
- Clicking navigates you to the Coordination Client screen.

What Happens if You Try to Access Unauthorised Pages?
- Unauthorised Access: If you attempt to access a page you are not authorised for, you’ll be redirected to the Home Page.
