How to access the Careview Help Centre?
Once signed into Careview, simply click on the

icon, that is available
from any screen within
Careview.
The Help Centre Widget consists of the following 4 Areas.
a)
Home
b) Knowledge Base
c)
Tickets
Home
This is where you will find links to the Knowledgebase, the Most Viewed Articles and Recent Articles,
where you may just find the answer immediately to what you need help with.
Knowledgebase
From here you will have access to browse the knowledgebase content
of the Careview suite of Products.
How to Navigate the Knowledgebase?
For example, if you would like to see all Help Articles
relating to the Client Funding functions in the Careview application, please
follow these steps.
1.
From the Knowledgebase Tab, click on the Careview Category.
2.
Under Categories, click on Guides.
3.
Under Guides, click on CRM.
4.
Under CRM, click on Client Funding.
5.
From here you will find all help articles
relating to all available functions that relate to the Client Funding feature.
6. Once you find the article you are looking for, click on the topic to view. To expand the article click on the expand icon next to the article topic.
Tickets
How to submit a Ticket?
Where you can't find the answer in the Knowledgebase, please submit a support ticket via the Careview Help Centre by following these steps.
1.
Click on the Tickets Tab and the Add Ticket screen displays, complete the form as per the instruction under Via
the URL.

Always select
the Customer Support Department.
2.
Add a Description and if you want to send
us a screenshot, click on the Paperclip to Attach
a File.
3.
When finished Click on the Submit button.
4.
The system will confirm via email that your
Ticket has been created and provide you with a Ticket ID Number, from the email
you also have the option to View your ticket via the link at any time.
