Bulk ABN Registration API Validation Check
We have integrated our Service Provider ABN Look up with the
official online ABN Register via an API.
The system will perform an ABN Registration check via the
official online ABN Lookup API on a daily basis and identify which ABN’s
are both Valid and Active for your organisations Service Provider records.
Service Provider List
- If an ABN is identified as being both Active and Valid a green tick will
display against the Service Provider’s ABN on the Service Provider List.
- If an ABN is identified as being Inactive or Invalid a red exclamation will display against the Service
Provider’s ABN in the Service Provider List.

If the Service Provider records ABN field contains a Blank, EXCLS or REIMB value they will be excluded from the ABN Registration check via the
API.

If the ABN number is active, but the service provider has chosen to have their details suppressed, then currently these ABN numbers will be appearing with the warning symbol as if they are inactive or invalid. We are currently invesigating how we can reflect these as being fully active.
