Troubleshooting Tips: Proda Error

Proda Error: File Identifier already exists

Please see below solution, if you receive the following error, whilst uploading your Claim file in Proda.

Error Message

File Identifier [FILE NAME] already exists in the system, please choose another ID.

Solution

You will receive this error if someone else in Australia has already upload a file with the same name.  So it is recommended using an abbreviation of your Organisation Name followed by the Date.  e.g. CSS Claim 110320.csv

There is also a limit on the number of characters in a file name, which is 20 including the file type (.csv)
