Can I now access Advantage via desktop?

Yes! You can access it from any device mobile, tablet or desktop computer.


Will I be able to view Funding Component/Funding period info?

Yes, this will be included in Advantage. 


Can I use my old Advantage login details?

No, to support all these new featuresAdvantage had to be redesigned. You will need to reach out to your Plan Manager to send your new login information. 


How do my friends and family access my Advantage information?

Your Plan Manager can create a relationship record for the trusted people in your life and invite them in on your behalf. 


Will I still get notifications for invoices to approve?

Yes, you will get the initial approval notification via push and email, followed by reminders if you miss the first one (24 hours and 72 hours later). 


Does Advantage now support screen readers?

Yes – Advantage will now support screen readers.


Will monthly statements still be emailed to me?

Yes – even though they are now available to be accessed via Advantage. You will still receive an email copy based on your Plan Manager’s Statement settings. 


Can the users still view the historical invoices in the new version of the app?

Yes – the old invoices can still be viewed in the new version of the app.


What type of attachment files can I view in Advantage?

Advantage now supports a wider range of formats! In addition to PDFs, you can now view Word documents (.doc, .docx), Excel spreadsheets (.xls, .xlsx), and images such as JPEGs and JPGs.


Can I see who approved an invoice in Advantage?

Yes! You can now see who approved an invoice and the timestamp of that approval by clicking on the invoice itself to view its history.

Yes! We are already working on our next set of updates, including:
