Add a Note to a Service Provider record

Add an Alert to a Service Provider record

Use this process if you are wanting to add alerts with regards to Service Providers

1. From the menu click Resources then select Service Providers


2. Search for the Service Provider you would like to add the Note to, then click on the record

3. Once the Service Provider record loads select Alerts from the left hand side


4. Click the New button

5. The Alerts dialog box will display and the alert message can be added

6. Once complete click Save, the alert will display either from the Service Provider Profile or during Invoice creation depending on selection
