Add a Relationship to a New Client Profile
Use the following steps to add a Relationship to a new Client Profile.
1. Open the Client Profile record (click CRM in the side menu, click Clients, then search for the client profile you want).
2. Click Relationships.
3. The Relationships table displays. Click New.
4. The Add Relationship screen displays. Click to choose a Relationship Type.
If the Relationship Type does not exist, create a new relationship type under Settings. Please refer to the
Create Relationship Type Article.
If the new Relationship will be the Primary Contact and/or an Emergency Contact, be sure to tick the corresponding checkbox.
5. Enter the clients details.
6. Choose the client type.
If the person represented by the Relationship is not a direct client, Careview uses a record type of Carer. Carer records do not count towards your monthly subscription count of active clients.
7. Click on Save.
If you needed to add another relationship, click on Save & New.
