Add a Medical History Note to the Client Profile
Add a note about a client’s medical
history to their client profile, using the following steps.
1. Open the Client Profile record
(click CRM in the menu, click Clients, then search for the client
profile you want).
2. Click Medical
History.
3. The Medical
History table displays. Click New.
4. The Add
Medical History screen displays.
Complete this screen as follows:
- In the Type field, select the type from Medical Condition or Medical Procedure.
- In the Note field, type a description of the condition or procedure.
- The Date field defaults to the current date. To change this, click in
the field and select a new date from the calendar.
- Click Save.
Where you have more than one Medical History record to add, click on Save & New.
5. The entry displays in the Medical History table.
