Careview - Client Funding

About Service Contracts

Set up a Service Contract for all Clients who receive your services under Client Funding in Careview.  A Service Contract shows the Client’s approved funding for a specific period of time. It also contains the Client’s budget information, which Careview updates as invoices and case notes are entered into the system.

It’s best practice in Careview to only have one active Service Contract for each Client. Depending on your own business process, when a client recieves a new plan you can make the existing Service Contract inactive and then create a new one for the Client’s new NDIS Plan, or if they receive a plan extension you can simply extend the Service Contract End Date if you prefer.

A Service Contract contains:
  1. Plan Budgets
  2. Service Supports and Stated Supports
  3. Delivered Services
  4. Case Notes (for Support Coordination purposes only).
  5. Service Provider Category Budgets
  6. Funding Notes
Historical Service Contracts are accessible from the Client Funding related list on the Client Profile.
